“互动”在民办高职院校课堂教学中的应用

A s the key link and step of talents' cultivation in private higher vocational colleges, classroom teaching is alw ays the study hotspot and difficulty. In traditional classroom teaching, teachers are the m ain body w ho cannot stim ulate students' interaction. H ow ever, the interactive teaching can stim ulate students and teachers' interaction to realize the better teaching effect w ith the interaction betw een teachers and students and the interaction am ong students in classroom teaching. It has becom e the new approach for classroom teaching in private higher vocational colleges.%　　课堂教学作为民办高职院校人才培养中的关键环节与步骤，一直是研究的热点和难点。传统的课堂教学方法是教师为主体，不能激发学生能动性。而“互动”教学将教师和学生能动性激发出来，实现了课堂教学师生、生生共振，并能取得比较好的教学效果，成为民办高职院校课堂教学新途径。
