以多维情境学习理论为指引和切入点,以实现教师口语理论与实践相结合、知识与经验统一为路径,提出“教师口语”课堂教学目标当突显专业性,依据教学内容创设实践情境,立足于实践性情境化的教学方法革新,打造合格专业的师资队伍,着力于提升教师口语课堂教学实效。%Taking multi-dimensional situational learning theory as a guide,with a combination of theory and instruction practice,to achieve the unity of knowledge and experience,this article studies teachers’oral classroom instruction objectives which highlights the professional practice situations. According to the teaching contents,based on the practical situation of the instruction methods,it tries to create a qualified professional teachers,and promote practical effects in the course of teachers’oral instruction.
