地方高师院校师范生学习倦怠的原因及对策分析

     

摘要

As a common problem confronted by college students, learning burnout is greatly concerned by academics and higher education administrators. Teacher education major in local normal colleges and universities are the main force to train teachers for local basic education, accordingly normal school students’ learning conditions will be directly related to the reform and development of local basic education. The study analyzes the causes of learning burnout of local normal college students from environmental factors (external factors) and personal factors(internal factors), and proposed countermeasures on this basis.%学习倦怠是高校学生工作面临的常见问题,备受学者和高校教育管理者的关注。地方高师院校师范专业是培养地方基础教育师资的主要力量,师范生的学习状况将直接关系到地方基础教育的改革和发展。该研究从环境因素(外部因素)和个人因素(内部因素)角度分析了地方高师院校师范生产生学习倦怠的原因,并在此基础上提出相应对策。
