地方本科院校新办金融数学专业人才培养模式的探索与实践--以乐山师范学院为例

Taking Leshan Normal University as an example, this paper elaborates exploration and prac-tice of newly financial mathematics professional training mode in local colleges and universities in 5 aspects, namely, personnel training orientation, specification requirements, curriculum system, practical training and teaching staff. It reflects the importance of cultivating talents to meet the economic development needs in lo-cal colleges and universities.%文章以乐山师范学院为例，从人才培养目标定位、规格要求、课程体系、实践实训、师资队伍等方面阐述了地方本科院校新办金融数学专业人才培养模式的探索与实践，体现了地方本科院校在培养地方经济发展所需要的人才的重要性。
