目的 探究老年人下肢手术中使用超声引导下外周神经阻滞的麻醉方法对于术后功能恢复的临床效果.方法 选取曲靖市第一人民医院2016年4月至2016年6月进行下肢手术的老年患者70例随机进行分组,即超声组(40例)与对照组(30例).对照组使用常规外周神经阻滞方法,超声组使用超声引导的外周神经阻滞方法.其它方面2组进行相同手术,避免其它因素影响实验.比较两组患者手术麻醉起效时间、痛觉阻滞起效时间及麻醉后患者的血压、心电图、血氧含量和术后患者并发症情况.结果 超声组麻醉起效时间、痛觉阻滞起效时间、并发症发生例数分别为3 min、6 min以及0例;对照组麻醉起效时间、痛觉阻滞起效时间、并发症发生例数分别为15 min、20 min以及10例.2组患者差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 超声引导下神经阻滞具有麻醉时间短、起效快、并发症少以及术后功能恢复效果显著的优势,值得临床推广使用.%Objective To study the clinical effect of peripheral nerve block anesthesia method guided by ultrasound on the functional recovery of the senile lower extremity surgery.Method 70 senile patients who had the lower extremity surgery between April 2016 and June 2016 in the First People's Hospital of Qujing City and they were randomly divided into the ultrasound group (40 cases) and the control group (30 cases).All other methods used in the two groups were the same to ensure accurate results,except that the control group were given conventional peripheral nerve block treatment while the ultrasound group given peripheral nerve block guided by ultrasound.Six aspects of the two groups were compared,including onset time of operative anesthesia and pain block,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood oxygen content after anesthesia and postoperative complication.Results In the ultrasound group,the onset time of operative anesthesia and pain block was 3 min and 5 min respectively,0 complication case was found.In the control group,the numbers were 15,20 and 10 respectively.Differences between two groups of patients were statistically significant,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion Nerve block anesthesia guided by ultrasound has advantages including short anesthesia time,quick effect,less complications and remarkable postoperative functional recovery effect,and it is worth to be promoted widely.
