技术技能人才培养中党组织的引领作用探析

The social-economic development and construction of innovative country call for a large number of high quality technical talents. Party organization in higher vocational colleges should have a leading role in the culti-vation of technical talents. It can be strengthened in terms of mind-leading,path-leading and service-leading.
