大黄乙醇提取物体外抗麻疹病毒作用实验研究

Ob j ective To investigate the anti‐viral effects of rhubarb ethanol extract on measles virus infec‐tion in vitro .Methods Cytopathic effect(CPE) were used to evaluate the toxicity of rhubarb ethanol extract a‐gainst V ero‐SLAM cells .The anti‐viral effects of rhubarb ethanol extract on measles virus infection in vitro was observed in three experimental groups :direct effect group ,anti‐biosynthesis group ,and precaution group .Results Rhubarb ethanol extract showed remarkable inhibitory and killing effects on measles virus .The MIC of rhubarb ethanol extract was 156μg/ml while the TC0 was 5000μg/ml .So therapeutic index(TI) was 32 .Conclusion It concluded that rhubarb ethanol extract showed strong antivirus effect on measles virus with high safety .%目的：研究大黄乙醇提取物体外抗麻疹病毒的作用及其途径。方法采用组织细胞培养法，使用麻疹病毒野毒株、标准株和疫苗株，采用抗病毒生物合成组、直接杀灭组、预防作用组3种加药方式，在Vero‐SLAM细胞上观察大黄乙醇提取物抗麻疹病毒作用。结果大黄乙醇提取物在Vero‐SLAM 细胞上对不同来源的麻疹病毒株均具有明显的抗病毒生物合成和直接杀灭作用，药物的最小有效浓度（M IC ）为156μg／ml ，最大无毒浓度（0％ toxility concentration ，TC0）为5000μg／ml ，治疗指数（ TI ）为32。结论大黄乙醇提取物在体外对麻疹病毒具有显著抗病毒作用，安全性较高，应用前景广泛。
