导生制的起源与发展研究综述

         

摘要

Tutor system which has obvious advantages,adapted to the development needs of primary education in the late 18th early 19th century Britain and other capitalist countries.It promoted the spread of the education and the process of the education civilians.Trace the origin of this form,it has been the originator of this idea in ancient China,and expanded and developed in the form of " little Mr.system " in the 1930s of china.This paper studies the origin and development of tutor system,really hope it will serve for the educational reform and practice in moment,education management and construction of the students thinking.%导生制以其明显的优点适应了18世纪末至19世纪初英国及其他资本主义国家初等教育的发展需要,促进了教育的普及和教育平民化的进程,追本溯源这种形式在中国古代既已有此思想发端,并在中国20世纪30年代以"小先生制"的形式扩充和发展。研究其起源与发展,实求其能为当下的教育教学改革和实践,教育管理和学生的思想建设服务。
