何心隐的乡村教育思想及其当代启示--基于乡村家族书院“聚和堂”的研究

摘要

何心隐是我国明代著名的教育家。他在家乡创办“聚和堂”，从事其理想社会所需人才的试验。他通过书院实践，分别在学校教育目的、教育功能、教育环境、教学管理及后勤管理等各方面提出了自己独到的见解和主张。他的一些教育思想与欧洲文艺复兴时期空想社会主义教育家所提出的教育主张有相似之处，并对当今乡村教育建设不乏启示意义。%He Xin - yin was a famous educationist in China in Ming Dynasty. He founded the Juhetang in his hometown, engaging in experimenting his ideal talents training that society needed. Through the academy practice,he put forward his original ideas from the aspects of teaching purposes,functions surroundings,management and logistics management,some of which are similar to the educational ideas of utopian socialist educationists in European Renaissance period,and are still of significance for today's countryside educational construction.
