基于轨压的船舶共轨柴油机故障诊断模块设计

     

摘要

In view of the problem that the high pressure common rail system of marine electronic control diesel engine can not be rapidly identified and the rail pressure is difficult to be accurately controlled,the design of the common rail pressure related components and control method are worked out,and the fault diagnosis module is developed and tested based on the model of the high pressure common rail diesel engine in the Matlab/Simulink environment.The results show that the fault diagnosis model can stably and efficiently distinguish the common rail pressure sensor fault,common rail pressure sensor drift fault,common rail pressure closed-loop control fault and other rail pressure related fault.The study provides a basis for the improvement of the high pressure common rail diesel engine electronic control system and the development of diesel engine fault diagnosis.%为了解决船用电控柴油机高压共轨系统故障无法迅速识别以及轨压难以精确控制的问题,主要对共轨压力相关部件及控制过程展开诊断方法设计,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下完成了基于模型的高压共轨柴油机共轨压力故障诊断模块的开发以及试验验证。结果表明:该故障诊断模型可以稳定高效地判别共轨压力传感器的电路、漂移以及共轨压力闭环控制等轨压相关故障,为完善船舶柴油机高压共轨电控系统、开发柴油机后续故障诊断工作提供了技术参考。
