基于共轨OBD系统的轨压传感器故障诊断研究

         

摘要

Based on the characteristics of fuel injection pressure for high-pressure common rail system, the detection schemes for rail pressure sensor relative faults like sensor open circuit, power short circuit and drift were put forward. The diagnostic software was designed, the protection strategy was proposed, and all kinds of diagnosis tests were carried out on a diesel engine. The results show that the diagnosis method can identify the various faults of rail pressure sensor. The corresponding protection strategy can work timely, which meets the demand of OBD system application.%通过对高压共轨系统燃油喷射压力的特性研究,提出了轨压传感器相关故障的检测方案,包括轨压传感器开路故障、对电源短路故障以及漂移故障.设计了相应的诊断软件,并给出了保护策略,在柴油机上完成了各种轨压传感器故障诊断试验.试验结果表明,该诊断方法能有效地识别轨压传感器的各种相关故障,相应保护策略也能及时地起作用,达到了OBD系统应用要求.
