中小学教师认知开放性与师范教育改革

         

摘要

The cognitive open in primary and secondary school teachers is mainly composed of six aspects,such as,cogni-tive universality,thoughts transpiration,perceptual acuity,the new drive,rational belief and anti-cognitive closure.It is very important,because it not only influences teachers’own development and educational and teaching behaviors,but also influences the development of students’creativity.Normal University is the main place to train primary and secondary school teachers.With the reform of the teaching ideas and methods of teacher’s education,it is very essential to train normal university students’openness of cognitive ability from open and integrated cognitive level.We should advocate the reform of normal education and teaching,further change the"awareness of students",reconstruct the curriculum content, and expand developing possibility.%中小学教师的认知开放性主要包括认知广泛性、思维发散性、感知敏锐度、求新内驱力、信念合理化、抗认知闭合等六个方面。它既影响教师自身发展和教育教学行为,也影响学生创造力的发展。高等师范院校是培养中小学教师的主要场所,进行高等师范教育教学理念与方式变革,从开放、融合的认知高度,有意识地培养师范生的认知开放性,十分必要。因此,应大力倡导师范教育教学改革,进一步转变“学生意识”,重构课程内容,变革教学方式,拓展发展空间,以此不断培养师范生的认知开放性。
