关于辅导员开展深度辅导工作的现状调研--以中国石油大学（北京）为例

摘要

新形势下，如何进一步提高大学生思想政治教育的质量以及辅导员工作的科学化水平，深度辅导是一个很大的突破口。笔者以中国石油大学(北京)为例，对辅导员与学生两个参与深度辅导的主体进行了调查，从中了解辅导员深度辅导的现状、实效性的影响因素并针对深度辅导创新模式做了一定思考。%Under the new situation, how to further improve theideological and political education of college students and the quality of work and scientific level, depth coaching is a greatbreakthrough. The author takes China University of Petroleum (Beijing) as an example, has carried on the investigation to the instructors and students to participate inthe two"depth coaching subject, to understand the factors affecting the status, effectiveness of counselor depthcounseling from and do some thinking for the depth coachinginnovation mode.
