以个性化教育为导向构建学业辅导工作体系的现状和思考--以中国石油大学（北京）为例

Music is an indispensable part in the teaching of children, help children open the wisdom. This article from the importance of the use of children's music teaching innovation method to analysis the main issues of children's music teaching method, and proposed the reform path: music teaching practice innovation model, dynamic comprehensive practice teaching mode of melody, the formation of game activities, as well as the construction of situational teaching model.%学业辅导是以提高学生学习质量、促进学生学业发展为目的，通过组织校内外相关力量对学生进行辅导和帮助的教育活动。近年来，各高校把学业辅导作为人才培养的基础性工作，纳入人才培养体系中，力求通过专业化的指导和咨询，帮助学生解决学习中的问题与困难，健康成长成才。在当今互联网时代下，学业辅导工作要转变思路，充分考虑互联网时代的学习特点和学生的个性化需求，构建更加科学的学业辅导工作体系。
