校企共同体模式下高职教师专业实践能力的培养研究--以商务英语专业为例

         

摘要

The lack of teacher's professional practice ability has become a bottleneck restricting the development of higher occupation colleges. As cross-border education, teacher's occupation colleges and professional practice ability training needs enterprise assistance. Due to various reasons, the school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in most schools a thermal state. The enterprise is not willing to cooperate with the school and the main cause of depth is the interests of business demands are not met. Analysis from the angle of enterprise and school cooperation can obtain the benefits and responsibilities and obligations, so as to find similarities of school and enterprise cooperation, enhance the enthusiasm of school and enterprise cooperation, a stable and efficient community and school connectedness, to improve the professional practice of teacher capacity, so as to develop in line with the business needs of talent.%教师专业实践能力的缺失已经成为限制高等职业院校发展的瓶颈。作为跨界教育,职业院校教师的专业实践能力培养需要企业的协助。由于种种原因,目前多数高职院校的校企合作处于学校一头热状态。企业不愿意与学校深度合作最主要的原因就是企业的利益诉求得不到满足。本文从企业的角度分析与学校合作能获取的收益以及承担的责任和义务,从而找到与学校合作的契合点,提高与学校合作的积极性,与学校联结成稳定高效的共同体,共同提高教师的专业实践能力,从而培养符合企业需求的人才。
