浅析艺术类院校教学管理人员的素质要求

Art colleges and universities to implement management system, maintenance of teaching order, plays an irreplaceable role to achieve the goal of personnel training. Therefore, to build the teaching management staff of high quality in art colleges and universities is imperative. This paper discusses the requirements of teaching management personnel in art colleges should have the quality, and put forward some methods for strengthening the cultivation of art teaching management personnel quality.%艺术类院校教学管理人员对于本校教学秩序的维护、管理制度的落实执行，人才培养目标的实现等方面起着不可替代的作用。因此，打造高素质的艺术类院校教学管理人员势在必行。文章探讨了艺术类院校教学管理人员应具备的素质要求，并提出了加强艺术类教学管理人员素质培养的方法。
