表象训练法在乒乓球教学中的运用探析

Table tennis as an important national fitness sports, loved by the people, also receives national attention. With the popularity of table tennis in colleges and universities, improve the teaching method of table tennis is already imperative task. Only if the teaching method is correct, and achieves good teaching effect, can be more effective, improve the table tennis technology students in a certain extent. Presentational training method is a kind of important new teaching methods used in table tennis teaching, it has the effect of using different in different stage of the formation of skills, has a very important meaning to improve the table tennis technology students. This paper uses the method of image training in table tennis teaching to do further exploration.%乒乓球运动作为一项重要的全民健身体育运动，深受人们的喜爱，也受到了国家的高度重视。随着乒乓球运动在高校的普及，改进乒乓球旧的教学方法已经是一项势在必行的任务。只有教学方法得当，才能取得良好的教学效果，才能事半功倍，在一定程度上提高学生的乒乓球技术。表象训练法是乒乓球教学中新采用的一种重要的教学方法，它在技能的不同形成阶段有着不同的运用效果，对提高学生的乒乓球技术有着非常重要的意义。本文针对表象训练法在乒乓球教学中的运用做进一步的探究。
