中国传统文化对酒店员工角色定位的引导

     

摘要

中国优秀传统文化崇尚道德,重视智力开发,提倡勤俭,强调勇者无惧,千百年来,一直影响着中国人民的心理趋向、价值观念甚至职业选择,故我国经济建设或行业发展都可以结合中国传统文化去深入挖掘和研究。本文拟就中小型城市酒店员工普遍存在的问题,分析导致这些问题的文化因素,进而就中国传统文化核心道德观对酒店员工角色定位的引导和具体措施展开讨论。%China's outstanding traditional culture advocating the moral, attach importance to intellectual development, advocating diligence, stressed the brave and fearless, for thousands of years has affected the Chinese people's psychological tendency, values and career choice, China’s economic construction and the development of the industry can be combined with traditional Chinese culture. This paper intends to analyze problems of small city hotel employees, cultural factors of these problems, and discusses the role positioning guide and specific measures to core of Chinese traditional culture and moral outlook of hotel staff.
