基于地方高等院校师范生教学技能培养的立体化教学模式的探索与创新

摘要

传统往立体化教学模式的构建过程中主要关注的网络教学部分及教材建设部分，本文对立体化教学模式进行了创新，重点在于网络媒体的研究性教学方式及合作学习模式。利用网络媒体对学生课外学习及技能训练的过程进行反馈和评价，弥补教学技能类课程学时少，内容多的不足，让学生更多的利用课外时间进行技能训练。%The construction process of traditional three dimensional teaching focuses on the network teaching and textbook construction, this paper innovates the three-dimensional teaching mode, the key points are network media study teaching methods and cooperative learning model. Use the online media feedback and evaluate students' extra-curricular learning and skils training, make up for the weakness of skil courses less time and content more, so that students can use extra-curricular time to carry out skils training.
