高师数学师范生培养的思考与探索湖州师范学院个案研究

摘要

Thispaperanalyzedtheproblemsexistedinthetwomajors,mathematicsandpracticalmathematics,andthedifficultpositionthey willbeinvolvedin,basedontherealfactofteacherscollege(BA)inmathematics,takingHuzhouTeachersCollegeasthecasetobeana-lyzed.Inthepaper,thepersonneltrainingpatternandtheteachingpatternareproposed.Thereformschemeisgiven,whichincludesteach-ingcontent,teachingmethod,educationpatternandencouragemechanism.%　　结合目前数学师范本科专业的实际情况，以湖州师范学院为剖析对象，分析了数学与应用数学专业存在的问题和面临的困境，提出了“四分式”的专业培养模式和四位一体的数学课程教学模式，并就课程教学内容、师范类课程的教学方式、育人模式和激励机制提出了相应的改革方案。
