境外开放大学建设及其对湖南市州开放学院的启迪

摘要

通过对境外开放大学建设的综合调研，比较分析了境内外开放大学之间的差异，在此基础上提出构建湖南开放大学市州开放学院的战略目标要明确，基本理念要清晰，主要任务要界定，重点项目要突出，配套建设要给力。%After a comprehensive research on the construction of the overseas open universities and a comparative analysis on the differences between the open universities home and abroad, this paper puts forwards that the following factors should be highlighted in the construction of the local city or state open universities： clear strategic objectives, clear basic ideas, definite main tasks, highlight key projects and perfect supporting construction.
