福利教育与教育福利——社会福利视野中的教育变革

摘要

Equity and efficiency are indispensable for education.We must reform the old welfare education system Seriously,insist on diversity and hybrid in education systems.The right to accept education is a basic social welfare of citizens.The educational welfare of the citizens can not be weakened,and can only be strengthened.there will not be efficient in education if we can＇t reform welfare education;Education will lose its fairness and justice if we neglect of citizens＇ welfare on education.%教育公平与效率缺一不可,必须认真改革旧的福利教育制度,实行混合型的多元教育体系;受教育权利是公民的一项基本的社会福利,公民的教育福利不能削弱,只能加强。简而言之,福利教育如果不加以改革,教育就会没有效率;忽视公民的教育福利,教育就会失去公平正义。
