区域性：地方院校打造特色办学的着力点--以惠州学院为例

摘要

Characteristic school-running is the ultimate fountain of the sustainable and prosperous development of a local college. Characteristics mean potential. Compared with national key universities,local colleges and universities are staying in a disadvantageous status in terms of influence,teaching facilities and faculty. Besides,the majority of local colleges and universities rely on local econom-ic development and aim at serving the local economy. Therefore,the paper regards regionality as the focus of local colleges and univer-sities in characteristic school-running. In school-running,more attention should be paid to regionality,connection of the region,and development of the region as a whole,so as to further promote the characteristic school-running of local colleges and universities and consolidate their status.%特色办学是地方院校办学的生命源泉，有特色才有良好的发展潜力。相对于一些重点大学，地方院校在影响力、学校设施以及师资力量等方面都处于劣势，加之地方院校很多都是依托地方发展、以服务地方为宗旨。所以笔者认为，区域性是地方院校打造特色办学的着力点。在办学中，注重区域性、联系区域、发展区域，方能更好地促进地方院校的特色办学，使地方院校立于办学的不败之地。
