PURPOSE: The system and the method for advertising educational institutes by a region using a data communication network are provided to increase the effect of the banner advertisements of the institutes, by link the banner advertisements, classified by each region or lecture, to a web site so that they can be searched, and by giving a reward to a user who clicks the advertisements. CONSTITUTION: A credit payment server(CSSV), connected to a plurality of monetary servers(B1-Bn), remits the institute tuition of a subscriber(10) to the account of the institute. An online institute advertisement server(OAASV) applies the institution advertisement by each region, supplied from institution servers(C1-Cn), to subscriber terminals(A1-An) via the data communication network. The first database(DB1) stores the personal information of the subscriber(10), the cyber-money data thereof, the data of the lectures taken by the subscriber(10), and various research data. The second database(DB2) stores the institute advertisement of each region, and the information of the institute.
