国家公民语文素质是增强国家文化软实力的基石。作为国家公民的准精英分子的大学生的语文素质直接影响着公民的整体文化水平。大学语文是大学生受母语教育最后的课程,有利于提升大学生文化自信心和文化品位,有利于提升大学生的文化自觉性和创造智慧,所以必须加强和提高教学水平。%The Chinese language quality of Chinese citizens is the cornerstone to improve the soft power of Chinese culture.The Chinese language quality of college students as the quasi-elite of China directly affects the cultural level of all Chinese citizens."College Chinese" is the last course for college students to receive mother-tongue education,and it is beneficial in strengthening college students' cultural confidence and improving their cultural taste as well as increasing their cultural awareness and creative wisdom.Thus,the instruction level of "college Chinese" should be lifted and enhanced.
