大学生沟通说写核心能力培养新范式--创新课程“沟通与写作”的教学实践总结

         

摘要

This paper explored the training of spoken and written communication abilities through three years of teaching practice,by incorporating oral and written practical abilities into the innoG vative course Communication and Writing,which has been established as the practical core comG pulsory course of the systematic project of college humanities education.And then the paper sumG marized multiGdimensional training methods and a practical teaching mode to construct an interacG tive teaching system characterized by “concept introductionGguided learning and supervised pracG ticeGcase analysisGextracurricular guidanceGopen test”.It concluded with the vision to promote teaching by improving instructors′teaching abilities,the training resources of businesses and inG stitutions as well as the network platform for flipped classroom teaching.%立足沟通说写能力培养,将口语和书面语语用能力统筹到创新课程“沟通与写作”中,经三年教学实践,确立其为大学人文素质教育系统工程的实践性核心必修基础课,总结出立体化培养思路和可行的教学范式,致力于构建“观念引领—导学督练—案例讲析—课外指导—开放考试”的教与学互动体系,从师资、企事业培训资源和改善网络平台实现翻转课堂等方面提出了进一步提高教学水平的愿景。
