特种越野车传动轴万向节断裂失效分析

摘要

文章针对某特种越野汽车传动轴万向节断裂情况，从设计、制造工艺、装配以及使用过程等方面进行了分析。分析结果表明，导致传动轴万向节断裂的原因包括汽车受到较大冲击、万向节十字轴有裂纹断裂源、渗碳层中针叶状马氏体粗大，为后续改进设计和质量控制提供了理论依据。%According to the case that the driving shaft universal joint on a special off - road vehicle fractured, the paper analyzes from the aspects of design, manufacturing process, assembly and use process etc. The analysis result shows that the reasons leading to the fracture of the driving shaft universal joint include impacting heavily to vehicles, crack fracture sources from universal joint cross shaft and sick conifer - like marten site in carburized layer, which gives the theoretical basis for the follow- up design improvement and quality control.
