基于翻转课堂理论的高职专升本课堂衔接性研究

     

摘要

Vocational education aims to cultivate applied talents of technology,and education upgrading from vocational educa-tion to undergraduate education belongs to the category and system of vocational education.Therefore,education upgrading should be the orientation of talent cultivation in undergraduate talents of applied technology level,and carry out relevant educa-tion.To realize the goal of cultivating talents and achieve a smooth transition of education upgrading from vocational education to undergraduate education,the study of classroom teaching strategies is essential.This paper,based on flipped classroom theo-ry,studies the strategy of classroom cohesion to improve the quality of convergence,and ultimately realize the talents training target.%高职教育旨在培养技术应用型人才,高职专升本教育属于职业教育的范畴和体系,因此,高职专升本应当把人才培养定位在本科应用型技术人才层面,开展应用型本科职业教育。要实现人才培养目标,实现高职专升本的顺利过渡,课堂教学策略的研究必不可少。为此,文章以翻转课堂理论为基础,对高职专升本的课堂衔接性策略进行研究,以提高衔接质量,从而最终实现人才培养目标。
