党的十八届四中全会上对依法治国方略内涵的深化，宏观上有助于社会主义法治理念的确立，法治国家的构建、法制体系的确立，微观上则是对卓越法律人才这一法学专业人才培养机制提供了深入发展的切入口，拓展了人才培养的管理、教育、就业等方面的路径。本文以西北政法大学民商法学院为例，积极探索卓越法律人才在科研能力培养的新机制，为今后法学专业人才培养工作提供新的启示。%The fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China (CPC)Central Committee strengthened the task of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China.In macroscopic view,it helps to promote public awareness of rule of law and build a country and form a law system.In a microscopic view,this target creates opportunities to reform the system of edu-cating legal students in China,which really expands the way of management,education and employment of legal students.Tak-ing the School of Civil and Commercial Law at Northwest university of politics and law as a study case,this paper attempts to make a tentative probe into forming a new education system of developing the scientific research capability of the outstanding le-gal students and trying to offer inspirations and references to legal education.
