《中国制造2025》背景下高校工程训练师资队伍建设

摘要

为加快推进我国制造业创新发展、提质增效，实现从制造业大国向制造业强国的转变，党中央、国务院作出了《中国制造2025》的重大战略部署，提出了对创新型工程科技人才的迫切需求。高校工程训练师资队伍作为培养工程科技人才的主力军开始倍受社会各界关注。本文分析了高校工程训练师资队伍建设的现状、存在问题，提出了加强高校工程训练师资队伍建设的对策。%In order to speed up the innovation and development of China's manufacturing Industry,improve the quality and effi-ciency,"Made in China 2025"has been proposed and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to realize the china'shift from the big manufacturing country to powerful manufacturing country,which calls badly for innovative talents of science and technology.Teaching staff of the engineering training center has attracted much attention of all social around as the main force of training innovative engineering talents.Based on the analysis of the present situation about the construction of teaching staff,some problems have been found and strategies and suggestions have been put forward to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in engineering training center.
