依托“卓越计划”的工科（生物制药类）大学生专业素质拓展研究

摘要

依托卓越计划的创新校企合作模式，分析企业和社会对工科大学生的知识技能、品质素养等的需求，同时在结合高校人才培养模式和课程设置体系的基础上，研究如何更科学有效的拓展工科大学生的专业素质。%Relying on the "excellent plan"of the school enterprise cooperation,analysis the demand for knowledge,skills and accomplishment of engineering students.Meanwhile,on the basis of the combination of talent training mode and curriculum sys-tem in Colleges and Universities,do research on how to develop the professional quality of engineering students more scientific and effective.
