现代学徒制背景下构建专业技能人才培养新模式

摘要

现代学徒制是一种工学交替、双导师教学、双主体育人的技能人才培养新模式。大力发展现代学徒制有利于促进我国职业教育的发展，提高人才培养的质量和针对性，更好地满足经济社会发展对专业技术人才的需求。今后，我国应从发展现代学徒制存在的困难与问题出发，大力借鉴国外发达国家的经验，促进我国现代学徒制的发展走向完善。%The modern apprentice system is a new mode of training and learning,double tutor teaching,and dual main sports person.To develop modern apprentice system is conducive to promoting the development of Vocational Education in our coun-try,to improve the quality of personnel training and to meet the needs of economic and social development for professional and technical personnel.In the future,our country should develop the difficulties and problems of the modern apprenticeship,and make great efforts to learn from the experience of the developed countries and promote the development of modern apprentice-ship in China.
