“工作文化教育”：高校思想政治理论课的文化教育向度

摘要

College ideological and political theory teaching in recent years tends to turn from theoretical teaching mode to people-oriented teaching mode. The fundamental expression of this peopleoriented teaching mode is work-culture education. Taking Marxist theory of education as its basis, the theory of work-culture education is an inheritance of traditional Chinese educational culture and a result of adopting and abolishing modem western educational theory and the fundamental dimension of cultural education as well. The implementation of work-culture education theory needs to design the content and level of both fundamental theoretical teaching and work-culture teaching, lay a solid foundation for fundamental theoretical teaching, build a work-culture education system and acquire corresponding experiential knowledge.%高校思想政治理论课越来越呈现出从理论教学模式向人本性教育模式转换的趋向．这种人本性的一个根本体现就是工作文化教育。高校思想政治理论课工作文化教育，是以马克思主义教育理论为基础，是对传统教育文化的承传和对现代西方教育理论的借鉴和扬弃，是文化教育的一个根本向度。其实施方式是设计基本理论教学和工作文化教育双重教学内容和水平，夯实基本理论教学基础，建构工作文化教育内容体系和经验知识。
