以武职酒管专业为样本,在基于兼职教师数量、来源、质量分析的基础上,梳理了目前高职院校在兼职教师队伍建设中存在的较为共性的问题,并从顶层规划、整合资源、加强管理、创新机制等方面提出对策.%Taking the Hotel Management specialty as the sample, based on the number, the source and quality of part-time teachers, combing the common problems existing in the construction of part-time teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges at present, from the top-level planning, integration of resources, strengthening management and innovating mechanism, etc., some countermeasures were put forward.
