经管类专业课程考核模式的改革与创新--基于过程性考核的思考

     

摘要

The traditional mode of the course assessment has all sorts of disadvantages. It isn't consistent with talents of the "application type" personnel training mode of college of economics and Management Majors,and isn't conducive to promoting the innovation ability and comprehensive quality of the students. "the process of evaluation" is a new assessment model,aims to arouse autonomous learning ability of the students by building the entire nervous atmosphere of teaching. Based on analyzing assessment situation of Economics and Management Majors, the paper puts forward the process of evaluation,analyzes the difference between the process of evaluation and the traditional examination mode and effect of the process of evaluation. Finally, this paper expounds the construction of the process of evaluation mechanism and other problems to be careful.%传统的课程考核模式存在种种弊端,与高校经管类专业“应用型”人才培养模式的目标是不相符的,也不利于学生创新能力和综合素质的提升。“过程性考核”是一种全新的考核模式,旨在通过营造全程紧张教学氛围,激发学生的自主学习能力。在对经管类专业课程考核现状分析的基础之上提出了过程性考核,并分析了过程性考核与传统考核方式之间的区别以及过程性考核的作用,最后阐述了过程性考核机制的构建以及其他需要注意的问题。
