试析“忽悠”词义的嬗变

摘要

“忽悠”一词因赵本山的小品一举成名之后，成为了流行词。“忽悠”一词历史悠久，其词义的嬗变大约分为五个阶段：《说文》中是“忘忧”义；唐代是“飘忽不定”义；清代是“晃动”义；现代方言有“晃动，迷迷糊糊，恭维”等义；现代共同语有“吹嘘，恭维”等义。运用认知语言学相关理论阐释这五个阶段意义间的嬗变原因。%＂Huyou＂ become a popular word because of Zhao Benshan＇s opusculum. ＂Huyou＂ has a long history, the word meaning roughly divided into five stages of evolution： In ＂ Shuowen＂ is＂ Lotus＂ meaning; In Tang Dynasty was＂ erratic＂ meaning; In Qing Dynasty is the ＂wobble＂ meaning; In the dialect has＂ sway; daze; compliment＂ meanings; In the common language has ＂ boastful; compliment ＂ meanings.
