中国传统学徒制对现代学徒制发展的启示

摘要

In order to implement "The decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education", according to the "pilot work on Modern Apprenticeship" and "Pilot scheme for the implementa-tion of the modern apprenticeship", the Ministry of education has selected 165 units as the first batch of modern ap-prenticeship pilot units. But in the implementation process of modern apprenticeships, there are still many practical problems to be solved .This article aims to study the essence of the Chinese traditional apprenticeship system from the comparison of the traditional apprenticeship system and the modern apprenticeship system, and try to bring some inspiration for the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system.%为贯彻落实《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,根据《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》,教育部日前按照《现代学徒制试点工作实施方案》,遴选了165家单位作为首批现代学徒制试点单位.但在现代学徒制的推行实施过程中,仍有很多现实问题需要解决.本文旨从中国传统学徒制与现代学徒制的各方面对比入手,挖掘中国传统学徒制的精华部分,力争为职业教育现代学徒制教育模式的推行带来一定的启发.
