动画专业就业状况分析及其培养模式改革探讨

摘要

动画专业毕业生就业困难并不是因为动画人才供过于求，而是因为人才培养质量达不到动画企业的要求。要想改变动画专业毕业生的就业状况就必须根据动画行业对动画人才的要求调整培养方案，培养熟练掌握动画专业技能的合格毕业生。%The reason of employment difficulty for graduates is not animation talent supply exceeds demand but the talent training quality could not reach the requirements of animation companies. The talent training programs must be adjusted to change employment situation and train qualified graduates who master animation creation and produc-tion of professional skills of qualified graduates.
