随着教育改革的不断深化，对我国高校学生的管理工作也提出了更高的要求。然而受当前市场经济环境下多元文化的影响，使学生管理工作也面临较多的难题，需充分发挥传统文化思想的作用。本文主要对传统文化思想的基本概述、传统文化思想中的教育管理理念、学生管理工作的现状以及加强传统文化在实际管理过程中应用的建议进行探析。%With the deepening reform of education, management of college students in China are also put forward higher requirements. However affected by the current multicultural market economic environment, make the student management work is also facing many problems, need to give full play to the role of the traditional cultural thoughts. In this paper, the basic overview of traditional cultural thoughts, education management concept in the traditional cul-tural thought, the present situation of the student management work and strengthening the application of traditional culture in the process of actual management recommendations for analysis.
