With the proposal of pre and post service, people pay more and more attention to the connection of pre service and post service effectively. The integration of pre and post service institutions is truly one of the pre-conditions of the integration of pre and post service. Colleges play an important part in the integration of pre and post service institutions. Only when colleges take the responsibilities of both pre and post service can the integration of pre and post service be realized.%随着职前职后一体化概念的提出，人们也越来越重视职前培养和职后培训的有效衔接。职前培养和职后培训机构的一体化是真正实现职前职后一体化的前提条件之一。职前职后机构一体化，离不开高校的参与，只有高校真正承担起职前培养和职后培训的重担，实现职前培养和职后培训机构的一体化，才有可能真正实现职前培养和职后培训的一体化。
