神经外科专业学位硕士研究生规范化培养模式和质量监控体系建设探索

摘要

At present, the master of professional degree graduate education has become one of the important ways of education in our country. But there are still a series of problems in the education of the master of profes-sional degree in China. This paper takes the graduate studentsin Department of Neurosurgery of Kunming Medical University as the research object, explores a quality monitoring and evaluation system to conform to cultivation of the graduate students in Department of Neurosurgery, providing reference for the development of quality monitoring of professional degree postgraduate, which is conducive to improve the quality and training level of our professional degree postgraduate.%目前，专业学位硕士研究生教育已成为我国重要的教育方式之一。但是我国专业学位硕士研究生教育还存在一系列的问题。本文是以昆明医科大学的神经外科专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象，探索一条符合神经外科专业学位硕士研究生培养的质量监控和考核体系，为制定专业学位硕士研究生质量监控提供思路和参考，有利于提高我校专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量和水平。
