临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双向接轨”培养模式的改革与实践

摘要

临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训作为我国医学卫生事业人才培养工作的重要组成部分，两者在培养目标和培养过程等方面有一致性，如何实现这两方面工作的衔接就很有意义。南京医科大学在这方面较早进行了试点和探索，本文介绍了其临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双向接轨”工作，并提出合理化的建议。%The postgraduate education of professional degree of clinical medicine and the standardized training system forresidency, as the important part of the personnel training of medical and health work in China, both have consistency in terms of training objectives and training processes. How to realize the integration of these two aspects is very meaningful. Nanjing Medical University launched pilot projects and made some explorations in the above-mentioned area. This paper introduces the “two-way integration” training mode of Nanjing Medical University, and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
