大学生心理资本现状调查分析与提升对策研究

摘要

当代大学生心理脆弱,自我伤害事件频发,提升大学生心理资本水平,是构建和谐校园、保障大学生健康成长的关键.通过281份问卷调查,对大学生心理资本现状进行了评估,在性别、年级、家庭收入和家庭教育方式上对大学生心理资本存在的差异作以分析,并给出提升大学生心理资本的对策建议.%Psychological vulnerability is serious problems in modern college students. Self damage issues hap-pened frequently. Enhancing the psychological capital of college students is the key point of constructing of a har-monious campus and guaranteeing the healthy growth of college students. According to 281 questionnaire surveys, this thesis evaluated the states of college students' psychological capital, analyzed the difference of college students' psy-chological capital on gender, grade, family income and the way of family education. Finally, we gave the advice on enhancing college students' psychological capital.
