影响高校教师教学积极性的成因分析及对策研究

摘要

On the basis of the earlier individual interviews, document research and expert consultation, taking the ten universities in Shanghai as the main research object, this paper analyzes the main causes that affect the teachers' teaching motivation in Shanghai from the aspects of general information, work life, environmental atmosphere and interesting appealing and so on and puts forward some countermeasures and improvement approaches combing with the practical situation.%本文以上海10所高校为主要研究对象,在前期个别访谈、文献研究和专家咨询的基础上,通过问卷调查法收集资料,分别从基本情况、工作生活、环境氛围与利益诉求等方面对影响上海高校教师教学积极性的主要成因进行分析,并结合实际情况提出相应对策与改进措施.
