Invention relates to a method and apparatus for use in reflexodiagnosis by measuring differences in skin temperature. The method provides for as the first step a lowering temperature in the spot where measurements are carried out. The second step comprises temperature measurements until state of heat exchange balance is reached followed by comparing temperature of symmetric of neutral skin spot with temperature of the spot of skin under investigation. The apparatus for realising this method comprises heat conducting plates and termoelement connected to registering block. The inactive connecting point of termoelement is placed between cooling substance and additional chamber and the active connecting point - within connection area of the additional chamber where heat conducting plates are placed and which has a window in the side surface.
