社会主义核心价值体系视阈下民办院校师德建设长效机制刍议

摘要

The socialist core value system supports the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a powerful spiritual power and ideological guarantee for the realization of Chinese dream. The socialist core value system plays a significant role in private colleges and universities. To strengthen the construction of teachers′ morality has become an important issue in private colleges and universities under the guidance of the socialist core value sys-tem. In this paper, based on the socialist core value system and an innovative perspective, the author explores the long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers′ morality from the following aspects: giving moral construction mission, expanding the ways of the moral construction and improving the mechanism of moral education to further en-hance the level of teachers′ morality.%社会主义核心价值体系支撑中国特色社会主义道路发展的方向,是实现中国梦的强大精神动力和思想保障.社会主义核心价值体系的提出,对民办院校师德建设具有现实意义和指导作用.在社会主义核心价值体系的指引下加强师德建设已经成为民办院校当前面临的一项重要课题.本文创新性地以社会主义核心价值体系的视阈,从赋予师德建设使命、拓展师德建设途径、健全师德建设机制等方面入手,探讨加强民办院校师德建设的长效机制,从而进一步提升民办院校教师的师德水平.
