蔡元培与北京大学综合改革

摘要

Deepening the comprehensive reforms is one of important subj ects for current Chinese uni-versities.During the period as the president of Peking University,and surrounding the core idea and obj ective of"the university is the place where we probe into the deepest knowledge",Cai Yuanpei car-ried out a series of effective reforms on the layout of disciplines,scientific research organizations,ad-ministration and student self-government.The comprehensive reforms implemented by Cai Yuanpei in Peking University are characterized by clear idea,definite positioning,systematic design,advancing on the whole,shifting focus downward,respecting teachers and students,continuous exploration, timely adjustments,etc.,and provide important enlightenments on deepening the comprehensive re-forms and the construction of"Double World-Class"in current Chinese universities.%深化综合改革是当前我国高校面临的重要课题之一。蔡元培任北京大学校长期间，围绕着“大学者，研究高深学问者也”的核心理念和目标，对北京大学的学科布局、科研组织、行政管理、学生自治等方面进行了大量卓有成效的改革。蔡元培在北京大学的综合改革具有理念清晰、定位明确，系统设计、整体推进，重心下移、激活基层，持续探索、不断调适等鲜明特点，对今天我国大学深化综合改革具有重要的启示意义。
