对于刚迈入大学校门的新生而言,英语学习出现了转型,即从基于课堂和高考的依赖性学习变成了基于网络环境的自主性学习,在适应性方面出现了许多问题,主要表现为英语学习意识淡薄、角色混乱、不适应网络环境下的大学英语教学模式等。本文就这些适应性问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策:提升英语学习的自我效能感;构建多元化学习模式;提升师生互动关系。通过这些途径,可以使新生更快适应大学英语学习,完成从高中到大学的英语学习角色转换,提高其自主学习能力、英语实用水平和英语学习可持续发展能力。%For freshmen who have just stepped into college, a great transition will always be in English learning: from classroom-based and NMET-based dependent learning to Internet-based automatic learning. Meanwhile, more problems in adaptability to college English learning have sprung up: lack of English learning awareness and role identity, inadaptability to Internet-based college English teaching etc., of which an analysis is conducted. And then corresponding measures are offered from three aspects: improving self-efficacy in English learning, constructing a multiple learning model and bettering interactive relationship between teachers and students, in order to help them adapt more quickly to college English learning with a role transition, improve their automatic, pragmatic and sustainable ability.
