19世纪以来,随着英国师范教育的不断改革,英国师范生的资助体系也随之发展完善.从最初的师范生免费制到现行的贷款、助学金和奖学金相结合的资助政策,英国逐步建立起了一套灵活机动的师范生资助体系.英国师范生定向培养的资助模式、灵活多样的资助措施以及对研究生教育的支持对我国当前公费师范生的培养具有一定的借鉴意义,对于解决我国当前公费师范生就业城乡分布不均,学习积极性不强以及教育硕士阶段等问题具有重要的参考价值.%Since the 19th century ,with the continuous reform of British normal education ,the funding system of British normal students has also developed and improved.From the initial free training for normal students to the current financial aid policy of combining loans ,grants and scholarships ,the UK has gradually established a flexible financial aid system for normal students.The orientated funding model ,flexible and diversified funding measures and support for postgraduate education of the UK normal students have certain reference significance for the cultivation of Public‐funded normal students in China.Which has important reference value for solving the problems of uneven distribution of employment between urban and rural areas ,low learning motivation and problems in the Master of Education during the cultivation of public‐funded normal students in China.
