信息化背景下中小学教师培训模式变革初探

信息化改变了世界，必然会为教师培训模式带来变革。信息化背景下变革中小学教师培训模式需要关注和解决有关问题，如建立培训信息管理系统，开发培训课件，开发数字化图书馆，建立师生交互平台，增加信息沟通渠道，研究培训者需求，确保培训质量等。%Informatization has changed the world, and it will certainly change the training model of pri-mary and middle school teachers. Thus under the condition of informatization, the revolution of the training model of primary and middle school teachers should focus on such problems as establishing training manage-ment system, exploiting training course material, exploiting digital library, setting up teacher-student inter-active platform, increasing information communication channel, studying trainees’ need and ensuring train-ing quality.
